We have been in Spain and this area for nearly 5 years, and we know, mainly by experience, the bank managers, lawyers, real estate agents and mortgage advisors that you need to know if you want to escape the rat race and buy in this wonderful part of the world.

We can by arrangement, find you houses and land that you can see while you are with us, all we need to know is what you want and where you want it and of course, how much you want to pay for it!

We work closely with a few estate agents and can arrange for the viewing of properties in the area, using El Picadero as your base. We can also view properties on your behalf, take photographs and send you a report on each property, for a small fee.
